00:00India is a large domestic aviation market.
00:23We need many more players to service this market.
00:27We can't just have this duopuli between Indigo and Air India.
00:31The government must create an environment where entrepreneurs can start viable airlines.
00:35We had other airlines before, from Kingfisher to Go Air, all have gone under.
00:42The government must create an environment where airlines can be viable businesses.
00:48And just having two airlines is not enough for India.
00:51We are a large market and only Air India and Indigo are cornering the entire market.
00:57It is very dangerous if some disruption like this happens.
01:00It completely disrupts the entire travel flow of the country.
01:04So we must encourage other airlines.
01:06We need at least a minimum of two other airlines which have a national footprint.
01:10So we need a minimum of four airlines which have a national footprint.
01:17We need to make sure that they are talking about pilots.
01:21I am not sure what the government could have done.
01:23I don't know what has caused this.
01:25I don't know.
01:26Was this a sort of an industrial action by the employees of Indigo without declaring a strike?
01:32Have they just gone on mask?
01:34I should leave?
01:35Or what it is.
01:36I don't know the details.
01:37But I don't know what the government could have done.
01:39The government perhaps if they had any intelligence about it.
01:42They could have perhaps alerted the airline and said,
01:44You are an essential service in Ukraine.
01:45You can't do this.
01:46But I don't know whether this disruption is because of a declared strike.
01:50Or because it's just mass casual leave and where pilots and cabin crew are not showing up.
01:55In such a moment, Vladimir Putin is coming to Delhi and this is an important visit.
02:01What is the result of Congress?
02:03I welcome the visit of the Russian President to India.
02:06India has had very historic ties with the Soviet Union.
02:09And now we have very strong ties with Russia.
02:12And I welcome this.
02:13And our bilateral strategic interests cannot be dictated by anybody else.
02:18No third party can tell us what we should do and what we should not do.
02:21Do you think that the global strategy will change?
02:26I am not too sure that the global scenario will change.
02:29But Russia and India are important countries in the world.
02:31And the fact that we have a good relationship will send a message.
02:35But I am not too sure that it will change the world scenario.
02:37In the time of Congress, Russia has a good relationship between Russia.
02:41But if we look at the phases of the region,
02:43then we should not be...
02:46You know, America cannot be deciding who our friends are.
02:50And what our interests are.
02:51We will have to decide what our interests are.
02:53And what our relations are.
02:55One last question.
02:57Rahul Gandhi has said that the Vipaksh
02:59is not getting from the foreign delegation.
03:02The government is saying that Rahul Gandhi decides
03:06what the delegates are.
03:08They decide.
03:09And how do they decide?
03:10It is only proper that the leader of the opposition was given a time
03:15to meet the visiting head of state.
03:17Because that is only proper.
03:18You know, when a visiting head of state, a government comes here,
03:21they must meet leaders from across the spectrum.
03:24Not just the government.
03:26We are all a part of the legislature.
03:28We are part of the political system.
03:30We all have India's interests in the topmost in our mind.
03:33So this should have been organized.
03:35I think that this is a failing on part of the government.
03:37Thank you very much.
03:38Thank you very much.
03:39Thank you very much.
03:40What is happening?
03:42We ask...
03:43It does always really want to get an откons in place.
03:45Including all of other,
03:47a Nephiar realizes is successful.
03:49And also Vladimir Putin asks the어링 side is here to join the government.
03:50Your government have forwarded the support of Vladímavir weak-Hурminy.
03:55The防止 sch Rex.
03:57While that means that...
03:58Thank you to make Build more research.
04:01ETV forisiniary letter.
04:05Our administration is due to other parties.
