The cap on benefits for more than two children has been scrapped and workers will pay more tax to fund it. Do you think that’s fair?

00:00I would much rather give most of my money I'm paying in tax to people and their kids.
00:04You could have kept it, I'll tell you the truth, yeah.
00:08I think it's a good thing, yeah, absolutely.
00:11I think there's enough child poverty.
00:15We're paying too much tax.
00:17I'm paying tax on my pension.
00:20Right, that's enough.
00:22I've worked all my life.
00:25Saying that, on the flip side, there's a reason I don't have kids right now.
00:28And the reason I don't have kids right now is because I can't afford them or justify using that.
00:32So I'm halfway between, if I was going to pay for anything out of the hundreds of pounds I give in tax and money,
00:37I would rather give more money to people with kids than the council,
00:41more people than the police service, more people than the mayors or people in politics.
00:45I don't blame the labour, because I'm a labour man.
00:50But I think they could have done a little bit better.
00:53You need to look at a child as something that is a part of you and you need to support it.
