The skies overhead were gray, but for men on the Met Gala’s pink carpet, it was a gender-bending and spectacularly multi-hued celebration as the best men’s looks were anything but dull.

00:00It's time to talk mech y'all of fashion, baby!
00:04Fashion's biggest night has officially wrapped up and Hollywood's elite tested out their
00:08red or rather pink carpet A-game for this year's theme, camp, which no one really
00:13knows what that means, but it's provocative.
00:15Obviously we knew the women would go big with this theme. I'm talking big hair,
00:20even bigger headpieces and feathers for days, like Lady Gaga's multiple outfit changes,
00:26Lupita Nyong'o and Cardi B. But don't sleep on the men of the night now, cause some of
00:31these guys came to serve, let me tell you. So let's round up five of our top ten picks
00:36of the best dressed men at the 2019 Met Gala.
00:39First up we have Billy Porter who brought the drama, honey!
00:43The pose actor conquered the pink carpet and this was just as much performance art as it
00:47was fashion. Porter walked, or should I say was carried down the carpet by six shirtless
00:52men looking like true Egyptian royalty wearing a custom sun god ensemble from The Blondes.
00:57He was decked out head to toe in 24 karat gold, in a sparkling catsuit, extravagant
01:03headpiece and, um, yes, that is in fact a 10-foot golden wing. He topped off the look
01:08with custom golden booties by Giuseppe Zanotti. Bow down!
01:13Next up we have Ezra Miller who was another man not afraid to take risks on the pink carpet.
01:18Miller bended the gender norms in his Burberry pinstripe suit that was half skirt suit,
01:23half trousers and finished it off with a corset like waist. The actor also gave what
01:27was easily one of the most standout beauty looks on the carpet when he showed off his
01:31dramatic makeup which consisted of five painted eyes and a bold red lip. He also
01:36carried around a blank face mask. I mean, what does it mean? So artsy, we love it!
01:41And then there was Michael Urie who we STAN for this look. The performer also walked the gender divide
01:47in a half-male and half-female mashup custom Christian Siriano creation. The look melded
01:53a metallic pinstripe suit and a cascading pink tulle gown, with the actor switching the
01:57feminine and masculine beauty looks on the opposite side. The designer also spoke to THR
02:02about the inspiration behind Urie's looks saying he wanted to be his own date for prom.
02:06Darren Criss gave us bold for his camp look. The actor was glowing in his blazingly
02:12multi-colored Belmont beaded jacket, and from the eccentric blue eyeshadow to the blue
02:16nails and that bow. He was giving us major 80s vibes of a certain other Italian designer,
02:22an homage to perhaps his award-winning turn in the assassination of Gianni Versace.
02:27And finally, there was Harry Styles who made his Met Gala debut on Monday in custom Gucci.
02:32A co-chair for the evening, Harry did not shy away from the theme, showing up in a see-through
02:36black-laced organza shirt with patent-leathered heeled boots. He topped off the look with colorful nail
02:41polish, a gazillion rings on like every finger, and pearl earrings. Love!
