00:00Baik, sebelum kita berhenti, berehat dan terus bersama rakan suga selam bila Khalidah yang akan bawakan perkembangan menarik mengenai Kapten Batik, kita akan bawakan perkembangan di Las Vegas dahulu di mana berlangsungnya AWS Re-Invent 2025 yang menghimpunkan pemain teknologi global bagi membincangkan masa depan kecedasan buatan.

00:33Okey, kali ini kita berada di AWS Re-Invent 2025 di Las Vegas. Ini tahun ketiga saya menghadiri persidangan ini. Setiap tahun ada sahaja tema yang diangkat kali ini.
00:45Sebelum ini kita bercakap soal AI, kecedasan buatan. Tapi kali ini tentang agentik AI menjadi tumpuan utama di sini dan sudah pasti ini adalah di eksponya.
00:53ada ramai peserta industri yang turut serta di sini. Antaranya adalah sudah pasti net app lah, macam-macam antropik dan sebagainya yang terlibat dalam sektor teknologi ini.
01:04Termasuk juga perbuatan AI dalam peringkat global dan juga regional, asiat negara dan sebagainya.
01:09Tetapi, berbalik bertopik agentik AI, ini antara perkara yang saya berikan tumpuan. Saya menerima bual beberapa orang soal agentik AI kerana kalau di Malaysia itu ada beberapa syarikat yang mungkin telah mengadaptasi.
01:20antaranya adalah bank digital kita, Right Bank, yang menggunakan agentik AI dalam sistem mereka.
01:24Saya tanyakan kepada Alvin, yang berpulang-pulang pakar agentik AI di AWS sendiri, tentang soal keselamatan, soal kepercayaan pengguna dan soal adaptasi yang kemungkinan unjurannya semakin meningkat.
01:38Kita dengarkan sikit apa Alvin katakan tentang agentik AI ini.
01:42When you think about kind of the financial institutions, the data is incredibly important, right?
01:48So, one of the big areas that financial institutions address is really around the quality and accuracy of the outputs of whether it's agentik AI or agentik AI, right?
02:01So, having kind of good quality data, a good data foundation, good data governance is, you know, a must-have before you start building agentik AI.
02:11Second, related to that, is around the traceability and lineage, right?
02:15So, if you think about how you and I interact today, right?
02:20If you ask me to write you a report and I write a report for you, you don't just take it and submit it, right?
02:25You're going to read through it.
02:26And then what you may find is you may say, hey Alvin, this number doesn't look quite right.
02:29And you'll come back to me to say, hey Alvin, how did you get this number?
02:32Or how did you come to this conclusion, right?
02:34And then you would expect me to be able to go back to you to say, well, this is how I came, I got the data from this source, this is what I did to it, and this is how I came to the conclusion.
02:43The same should be expected of the AI agent, right?
02:47And this is what you're seeing customers like Moody's and Bridgewater do, is that they do have end-to-end lineage, right?
02:53Understanding, hey, the data came from, you know, Bloomberg on this date, at this time.
02:59It went through deep data transformations, and then this is how I got to that answer, right?
03:04So, kind of the same expectations you're expecting for a human workflow, you're going to be expecting of that AI agent.
03:11Okay, selain berada Alvin, kita juga bercakap dengan Jake Burns sebentar tadi.
03:14Ini soal budaya, sebab nak ambil, nak beralih ataupun perpindahan.
03:20Sebelum ini kita kata Cloud Transformation, tapi kali ini AI Transformation, Agentic, AI dan sebagainya.
03:25Bagaimana untuk mengubah budaya tersebut dalam syarikat dan sebagainya?
03:28Apa kepentingan yang perlu ada di kalangan CEO dan sebagainya?
03:31Ini budaya yang pada hemat beliau harus diberikan tumpuan kepada manusiawi itu.
03:37Pekerja, teknologi yang perlu dia agak sebagai aset, rather than hanya melihat kepada teknologi itu sendiri.
03:42Dan dengarkan sekejap apa yang Jake Burns katakan tentang budaya mengatasi soal teknologi.
03:48One of the reasons why people haven't been as successful as they would like so far
03:54is because it really is like, what is the goal that you're going into using this technology?
04:02And I think a lot of times it's been so exciting, like the capabilities,
04:06that we've gone into this with the goal of just using it.
04:10And you could be very successful in using Agentic AI, for example,
04:14and not produce business value even though you were successful if your goal was to use Agentic AI.
04:19So I think the first thing that needs to be done in the shift that's happening already,
04:24and what we're seeing with the customers that are very successful
04:27and even our own internal use cases, is to go into it with,
04:32I mean, even if it's just generally, to produce business value.
04:36But even better, to solve a specific problem
04:38or reimagine something that wasn't possible before
04:41and say, let's reevaluate that based on these new capabilities that we have.
04:46So the way I like to think about it is, you know,
04:50you have a toolbox with tools in it and now you just have more tools.
04:53Go do the same things you were doing,
04:55but just realize that you have these new tools,
04:57some of them far more capable than what you had before,
05:00and go try to solve those problems that you've been trying to solve before
05:04and you'll find that a lot of them are now solvable.
05:07But at the same time, you have to do another thing
05:09because there's this, in my opinion, misconception that it's kind of magic
05:16because maybe the technology itself is not very well understood
05:20by people making business decisions.
05:25So it kind of looks that way.
05:27But to understand that it's a skill.
05:29And so you need to upskill your workforce in how to use these tools as well.
05:32And the best way to do that is to allow them to use it.
05:35So I see a dual strategy being the best.
05:37One is to just very unequivocally have a safe environment
05:44where your employees and your workforce and your builders
05:47can use these tools, become familiar with them
05:50and gain competency and experience.
05:53At the same time, go look for that business value
05:55that you want to go after, that you've always wanted to go after.

06:16yang telah mereka dapat melalui training yang disediakan oleh AWS.
06:20Sangat menarik sebab ada rakyat Malaysia yang telah mencapai tahap golden jaket
06:23maksudnya telah menghabiskan keseluruhan latihan yang tersedia
06:28di platform AWS ini.
06:31Itu kita akan bawakan dalam laporan yang selanjutnya kembali
