Trump Media reached a settlement with United Atlantic Ventures, ending all disputes with co-founders Andy Litinsky and Wes Moss. UAV had accused the company of trying to dilute their shares, but the Delaware case was dismissed in September and the remaining Florida litigation has now been resolved.
