00:29They call it the Mona Lisa of decorative arts, a four-inch rock crystal egg carved with platinum snowflakes and encrusted with 4,500 diamonds.

00:45Originally crafted in 1913 for Tsar Nicholas II to give to his mother, it then disappeared for decades.
