00:00so over here you can see that i have a bunch of data and let's see what i'm going to do is using

00:10the data right here in the first column i'm going to go ahead and write out a sentence for example

00:16i'm going to go around and say uh john right here so i'm just going to say john carter is a graphics

00:24designer with bfa degree let's say for example i can go ahead and type this in right here just like

00:33this so you can see that this particular sentence has all of the contents right here of the cells

00:40over here on the left right here so this john carter is a graphics designer with bfa degree

00:46if i want to go ahead and then copy out the same pattern in the rest of the cells as well i can

00:53simply go ahead and select this and use something called the flash fill so to do that as i select

00:59this i can go around over here onto data and then click on flash fill and you can see that the same

01:04pattern repeats out for the rest as well for example here you can see daniel young is um is like for

01:14example it says a r and is a so you you see that um there is some um errors right here like emily brown

01:24is r so you do need to correct out some as well so as you correct it you can see that the rest is

01:29corrected out as well and you've got the same pattern of information right here just like this

01:35let's say for example if i were to go ahead and just type in john so let's just go ahead and remove this

01:41then you can see that it actually goes ahead and corrects it out so you can see brown is there i

01:46don't want so let's just correct the second data as well and you can see that the other data is try

01:51to follow a similar structure right here just like this let's just go ahead and let's say for example

01:56type in john in capital right here and then you can see that the same pattern actually goes ahead

02:02and follows out so emily right here press enter and then you can see that the same pattern tries to

02:08follow it out i can go ahead and delete right here just like this and then use the flash fill again

02:14if it is not working so this is simply how you can go ahead and then use the datas that you have as a

02:21reference and use flash fill to produce out a data in a certain way so it still says r so let's say a
