00:00What if we told you that Dharmendra didn't leave his ancestral property to any of his children,
00:08but to someone completely unexpected? That's exactly what Dharmendra's 8-year-old Will has
00:13revealed. Dharmendra passed away in Mumbai on 24 November 2025 at the age of 89. After his death,
00:20details from an old Will came out. And the biggest shock was that his ancestral home and
00:25farmland in his native village, Dango in Ludhiana, didn't go to his kids at all.
00:29The property, around 2.5 acres and worth roughly 5 crore rupees, had already been gifted almost a
00:35decade ago to his cousin's children. One of them is Buta Singh, who still works in a textile mill in
00:40Ludhiana. So, why them? Because of an old promise made years ago. While Dharmendra built his life in
00:45Mumbai, these family members stayed back and took care of the land and the old house. He felt they
00:50deserved it more than anyone else.
