00:12Ayon kay LTFRB Chair Vibor Mendoza II,

00:16layo nito na matiyak na ang tanging mga mabibigyan ng permit ay pumasa sa roadworthiness inspections.

00:23Pagtitiyak ni Mendoza, hindi isa sa alang-alang ang kaligtasan ng mga pasahero para lamang makapag-deploy.

00:30Nang mas maraming pampasahirong bus, epektibo ang special permits mula December 15 hanggang January 16.
