00:07like step out of your trailer and you're like oh hey Jim so I'm you know like I grew up on all

00:12your movies and we're just gonna sit here and do a scene together but he was so nice he he made me

00:18feel so comfortable and he was so helpful because I was just like asking him a million questions and

00:23tell me this tell me how to do this tell me more tell me more and I feel like I had my own little

00:28acting coach you know in every scene and he he was always making me laugh and it was just an

00:34experience I'll look back on and think wow that was so surreal yeah what were some of the examples

00:39of how he was able to coach you a little bit well I feel like every scene I'm just I'm always I'm not

00:45very shy so I'm always like well tell me more and like how would you go and and I really wanted to

00:49learn because it was so exciting to come in every day and watch him I mean he's so talented and it's

00:55crazy just to have that behind the scenes moment where I got to peek in on on Jim becoming Mr.

01:02Pickles and really becoming um this crazy amazing character that you know just is so complex and um

01:11you know I've acted in the past you know after the Olympics you do all those cameo roles and then

01:16things kind of you know rolled from there a little bit where there was a few other acting things that

01:20came along and um but I haven't acted in a long time so being back part of that and and watching

01:27him um really made me fall in love with it it was it was such a fun experience you just like play

01:33every day you play dress up Jim Carrey's been known to be sort of a method actor like he he does kind of

01:41disappear into his role so you said you saw that changeover from Mr. Pickles does it feel like a

01:47method acting technique or does it feel different than that well I yeah I could definitely see that

01:52once we started it was um you know or as we were preparing and you could you could definitely see

01:58that and you know by the end of of filming I really it was like Mr. Pickles Jim is the it's the same
