00:06There are definitely different avenues, but one thing I want to just continue on the Dylan C signing is I tweeted this out immediately.
00:14I love what the Blue Jays are doing because a lot of teams who would get to that level would become complacent right after and think to themselves.
00:23Well, we just got to the World Series. Let's collect a lot of the money that we made from ticket sales of food or parking or any of this stuff.
00:32And the owners get a little bit more of a payday. Nope. These Blue Jays owners said we are going to put this money right back into the team.
00:40And the reason I wanted to bring that up is the Blue Jays still have more work to do.
00:44And I think it starts potentially with the outfield and DH position.
00:49And you say to yourself, what do you mean outfield the DH position?
00:53We just had George Springer be one of the best hitters in baseball last year.

01:12Where would you want to start? Because Nathan Lucas, at the end of the day, is a 31-year-old with basically one and a half seasons under his belt.
01:22He's been in baseball or Major League Baseball, at least, since he was 29 years old.
01:26This is not, you know, some top prospect that just emerged like an Addison Barger.
01:31This is more of a journeyman player who had a really good year.
01:35Do we want to go with Nathan Lucas in left field again?
01:37Maybe, and I think it would be fine, but I think we could talk about other avenues.
01:42In right field with Anthony Santander, do we believe in a year or two bounce back?
01:47Would we like to get some added, you know, players at that position?
01:51Do we think that George Springer is going to replicate what he did last year?
01:55I think these are questions that the Blue Jays front office and even fans need to ask themselves.
02:01Is Ernie Clement going to be the same great player at second base, or do we need to make sure that we go get Bo Bichette again?
02:09So I would expect them to be in on Kyle Tucker still.
02:13I would expect them to be in, of course, on Bo Bichette, because we can't forget, this ownership group has crazy money.
02:22Not just, not Steve Cohen type money, but these are mega, mega billionaires, some of the richest owners in sports.
02:30So if they want to go spend, they absolutely can, even though they already gave out 210 to Dylan Cease.
