01:20check-in happened on flights uh essentially the boarding process and uh this is not only about air india

01:28rather about uh some other airlines as well which uh were you know taking services from the similar

01:35third party system who provide the solutions for uh this process check-in process at the airport

01:41uh because of which disruptions happened at uh several of the airports and what we are given to

01:47understand that the systems are up and running air india has also stated from its side that uh the

01:53third party system which was causing disruption has been now brought back on the team uh on the track

01:59and the air india's whole team was uh working on its toes in order to uh ensure that the inconvenience

02:06that was being caused uh to the passengers at different airports is uh minimized and resolved at

02:13and if you look at the complaints uh you know it was actually going to from different airports across

02:22uh several of the airline operators that are operations in the uh country right now including

02:29air india what we are given to understand air india has been able to resolve these problems back to you

02:34right multiple flights faced disruption so you might want to track your flight status
