00:00Zachary Ty Bryan has gone from beloved sitcom star to behind bars once again.

00:05The Home Improvement alum and his girlfriend, Johnny Faye Cartwright, were both arrested in Eugene, Oregon,

00:11and Page Six has a full timeline of the actor's history of domestic violence.

00:16On Saturday, November 29th, the 44-year-old was arrested for violating his probation,

00:21stemming from his 2023 arrest on assault and robbery charges following a dispute with an unidentified woman.

00:28His probation forbade him from having contact with the victim without prior approval.

00:33It's unclear if the woman in question is his current girlfriend, Cartwright.

00:36Zachary Ty Bryan was previously married to Carly Matro from 2007 to 2020.

00:42However, he shares multiple children with Cartwright.

00:45In the latest Oregon arrest, she was charged with DUI, reckless endangerment, and attempted assault.

00:51The two have a rocky relationship dating back to 2020,

00:54when he was charged with felony strangulation and convicted of menacing and assault.

00:59The police report detailed the scary scene.

01:02She woke up to him pulling on her hair and hitting her, all over missing phone chargers.

01:08Bryan later told The Hollywood Reporter that it was blown out of proportion

01:11and that he didn't even really get that physical.

01:14We got really loud, we were screaming,

01:16and because we were in a townhome that had thin walls, everybody could hear.

01:20In 2024, the troubled actor was arrested twice for suspected DUI,

01:25once in California, another in Oklahoma.

01:28Then on New Year's Day 2025, he was taken into custody after he, quote,

01:33punched a woman multiple times and threatened to kill her.

01:37Again, it's unclear if that woman was Cartwright.

01:39Last month, an unidentified ex of his was granted a five-year restraining order against him.

01:45She accused him of punching her in the head in July.

01:47On November 13th, Bryan called it a painful wake-up call

01:51and blamed his struggles on early success, telling TMZ,

01:56Fame as a child actor left scars.

01:58Being thrust into the spotlight at nine years old brought pressures I wasn't equipped to handle,

02:03but that's no justification for my choices as an adult.
