00:00I just want to let you know it's an honor for me to be your president.

00:04The people in this room, you took the place of a lot of people that wanted to be here,

00:08so I congratulate you again.

00:10You either had friends or relatives or somebody that got you in here.

00:13How are you, my friend? Look at him.

00:17But it's an honor to be your president.

00:19We're going to do a great job.

00:21And, you know, we have a little more than three years left,

00:23and three years for Trump is an eternity.

00:25That's a long period of time.

00:30I want to just pay my respects to the National Guard

00:35and those two incredible people.

00:40One is no longer with us.

00:42One is looking down and loves her parents.

00:45I spoke to her parents the other night, and she's looking down,

00:47and she's so proud of her country, and she's so proud of her parents so much,

00:53and her parents couldn't believe what happened.

00:55Couldn't believe it, what happened to their baby,

00:58what happened to their daughter.

01:00She's gone.

01:02And we have another one who's fighting for his life, as you know,

01:06and he's a fabulous young man, highest.

01:09Both of them were the best, everything, the best of their class,

01:12the best of their class.

01:14And maybe he'll be okay.

01:17He's going through a lot, but maybe he'll be okay.

01:20But I want to tell you what the National Guard's done,

01:23along with other people, including our military, to D.C.

01:26Just if we look at D.C., we have a safe city again.

01:31People say, why are you doing this?

01:32I said, going to make America great again.

01:34That's all.

01:35And that's what's happening, and we're making it better than ever before.
