00:06After President Donald Trump yet again referred to the media as the enemy of the people, late-night

00:11hosts fought back against Trump's statement, arguing that he is influencing violence throughout

00:15the country.

00:16The Daily Show's Trevor Noah spoke about the bomber's alleged van found donned in pro-Trump

00:21stickers and Trump trademarks such as, fake news and lock her up.

00:26But Noah said Trump has decided that it has nothing to do with him.

00:29Noah then addressed Trump's Monday tweet that read,

00:31"...there is great anger in our country caused in part by an accurate and even fraudulent

00:35reporting of the news.

00:37The fake news media, the true enemy of the people, must stop the open and obvious hostility

00:42and report the news accurately and fairly.

00:45That will do much to put out the flame."

00:46Here was Noah's take on Trump yet again using the phrase, the enemy of the people.

00:50"- If you know that a phrase has been used to encourage people to commit acts of violence,

00:56if you know they're using that phrase, why would you not stop using that phrase?"

00:58Noah continued, "...you either want to encourage violence or you don't care."

01:02Meanwhile, while taking a closer look at Trump's attack on the media, late night Seth Meyers

01:07counter argued against Trump and his allies blaming, quote, "...both sides for the violence

01:12in the United States."

01:13It's not both sides.

01:14Only one side is repeating deranged conspiracy theories accusing Democrats of orchestrating

01:19an immigrant invasion, calling the press the enemy of the people and encouraging violence.

01:22And over on Jimmy Kimmel Live, the ABC host noted Trump's comments about toning down his

01:27rhetoric against the media.

01:28After showing a clip of Trump saying that he receives unfair coverage, Kimmel said this,

01:33"...yeah, if you guys stop saying mean things about me, I'll stop inciting angry lunatics

01:37to kill you, deal?"
