00:00A trio of former tour dancers are filing a lawsuit against Lizzo.
00:05The suit accuses Lizzo and employees of Big Girl Big Touring Inc. of hostile work environment
00:10that included instances of sexual harassment, particularly interrogating dancers about their
00:15weight and pressuring them to engage in sexually explicit acts at sex shows.
00:20It details an incident in Amsterdam this year where staff was allegedly pushed to engage
00:25with nude performers.
00:26The plaintiffs Ariana Davis, Crystal Williams and Noel Rodriguez make several allegations
00:32in the complaint, including religious and racial harassment, disability discrimination,
00:37assault and false imprisonment.
00:39Davis specifically alleges assault after she was, quote, confined to a room against her
00:44will and was told she's not allowed to leave unless she's submitted to a search of the contents
00:48of her phone.
00:49She and Williams were terminated while Rodriguez resigned, according to the complaint.
00:53Lizzo and her team have yet to respond to the lawsuit.
