00:05Majors appeared in person in New York criminal court with actress Megan Good on Thursday,
00:10which was the original trial date, but the prosecution said it was not yet ready for trial,
00:14noting that the attorneys are still obtaining discovery. The trial date is set for September 6th.
00:20Majors was arrested in New York in late March in what police described as a domestic dispute.
00:25A 30-year-old woman reported being assaulted by the actor, and police noted that she sustained minor injuries to her head and neck.
00:32Majors was released from police custody later that day. The actor, through his attorney, has denied wrongdoing.
00:38Since the alleged incident, a judge granted a full temporary order of protection for the woman involved in the case.
00:44Following the incident, the actor was also dropped by his management company and PR team.
00:49The Army Enterprise Marketing Office also paused a U.S. Army ad campaign featuring Majors.
