Chloe Fineman chats with THR at the 'Freakier Friday' premiere and describes what it was like working with Lindsay Lohan, calling her "one of our great actresses." Plus, she describes how important the original film is to her.

00:00How did your involvement in this movie come about?

00:02True story. I was getting hair extensions to play a stripper.

00:08Lindsay was seeing the hair colorist, Tracy Cunningham, at a salon called Mesh here in L.A.

00:14And I spotted her and I was like, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god.

00:18And my friend who was doing the extensions, I was like, can we pretend I have to wash my hair?

00:22So I went into the, like, you know you put your head in a sink?

00:25And then I went, oh my god, hi!

00:27And then we were there, hair extensions take, you know, a full day.

00:33A full day and a half.

00:34I think about the girl playing, what's her, Carolyn Bessette.

00:38It was a two day, they said. Two days.

00:41So mine was a full day.

00:43So I was there for a while, we got to talking and we became friends.

00:46And she asked me to be in this movie.

00:48I love that so much. I haven't seen it yet.

00:50So what can you tease about your role?

00:53I have an accent.

00:54I think I'm supposed to be from Australia.

00:58I'm not a perfect accented person, so it's a bit New Zealand, I think.

01:03I'm from Down Under, I'd ring the thunder and I'm a dance instructor.

01:06And then I'll rhyme.

01:09Amazing.

01:09What's your relationship with the first movie like?

01:12It's one of my favorite movies.

01:14I mean, it's like such an instrumental movie in my life.

01:18It came out when I was in high school.

01:19I've worshipped Lindsay Lohan my whole life.

01:23I love Jamie Lee Curtis.

01:25Yeah, it's like just a true comedy that has so much nostalgia and joy.

01:31What was it like working with Lindsay and Jamie on this?

01:33I just met Jamie for the first time, not gonna lie.

01:36Freaked out.

01:38Even better in person.

01:39And working with Lindsay was like, really?

01:42She really is one of our great actresses.

01:44She's so talented and just like, it's sort of like I was in it

01:49and then I would be like, oh my god, just watching the way she thinks and acts

01:53and seeing her, I mean, it's such a classic.

01:56She's an iconic actress.

01:59What's something really good in this movie?

02:00Oh, I can't wait to see it.

02:01What's something you'd love to see her do in the future?

02:04Lindsay?

02:05Yeah.

02:05Oh my gosh.

02:06What's the type of role to take on?

02:07You're very creative, so I feel like you've got something.
