These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
There are other uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators in this video, but they will have to be for pattern analysis and other information sifting later. The main show of this video is the approximately 8 black and white marked, unmarked police vehicles, and two red and white ambulances parked and loitering near the shopping centre towards the very end of this video.
The way the white Hyundai Accent driver hangs his hand out of the driver's side window is just one of the gangstalking perp hand sign gestures that perps everywhere do. It is a passive way to identify themselves as a civilian gangstalking perp and to sensitize any TI targeted Individuals to seeing the hand gesture as a sign of gangstalking perps nearby. The perps are just stupid enough to not consider that any perp hand signals would make them stand out and get them recorded and shared for internet fame everywhere. The perp retards never considered that fact there are many nice and/or nasty international organizations and their global followers who could be watching the shared perps. The international internet is an very unpredictable place huh?
The other civilian gangstalking perps are not the main event here. It is the unusually large number of marked and unmarked Victoria BC Canada police vehicles and the two BC Ambulances that are the main show here. That was a more subdued display of police force than usual, but it is still a police display of force as a psychological message to everyone in the area. Usually, the police and ambulance vehicles would have all of the flashing lights on to make sure everyone see their lights. They must be doing something they do not want the public to see too much, but see enough on a lower scale?
The other international group fellow members, some of my faction of anti corruption government/corporation officials and politician friends, all want to see me pass along enough video and photographic images to everyone at the various weekend online and offline meetings with the others. I have a productive and effective image to maintain in front of all the other group associates and members from everywhere.
