Johansson discussed the unrequited love arc between her Avengers's character Black Widow and Mark Ruffalo's Hulk while also confessing what she got in trouble for when she was a kid.

00:00Growing up I got in trouble for... I have a twin brother. We had bunk beds and my
00:10parents put the bunk beds up against a wall that was my mom's like part kind
00:16of bookshelf. And I got in trouble for making my brother, because he was a little
00:22bit taller than me, go up and get the books on the really high shelf and then
00:25bring them down and then ripping all the pages out. And my mom actually heard me
00:29going like this, no, get that one, get that one. And then my brother went, no,
00:32mommy's gonna get mad. And I was like, do it. I still feel bad about that.
00:42What was your reaction to saying goodbye to the story of Natasha and Bruce? And how
00:45did you cope with them never getting their happy ending and ending up together?
00:48I think that they made a choice that was for the great or good. I think everybody
00:58must have had that where you kind of meet someone and you... it's just not the right
01:02time. It just wasn't really meant to be. But I would love to do like the other kind
01:07of storyline where they have like some like Bogart and Bacall romance.
01:11Truth or Dare. What is your next tattoo? I thought maybe of getting something Black Widow related,
01:20because, you know, just to kind of mark the end of this time of life. I don't know. And
01:25then I was like, maybe I'm just done getting tattoos. You know, I'll probably go get another
01:28four. I just want to see what the dare was. Give us your best impression of Mark Ruffalo
01:33as the Hulk. Oh, thank God I didn't do that one, because I would have popped a vein somewhere.
01:43In Marriage Story, you have a vicious fight with Adam Driver, who plays your character's
01:46soon-to-be ex-husband. What was the secret to getting that right? I just got super lucky that I
01:52was able to make this film with Adam Driver, who's an incredible actor, totally present and in it for the
02:00long haul. I mean, it was a really exhausting two days of absolute brutal fighting and really upsetting
02:07fighting. There was really, like I said, no secret. It just, I just got really lucky with my co-star
02:13and the dialogue is so incredible. That's Noah Baumbach. He just, everything is there. In the 2020
02:19presidential election, I hope that, I hope that people vote. I believe that if people actually voted,
02:27then we would be in the best place possible.
