Hong Kong student arrested after petitioning for independent probe into deadly fire

Talking to AFP outside a busy train station while handing out flyers on Friday evening, student Miles Kwan calls for improvement and commitment from the government to prevent disasters like the deadly Hong Kong residential estate fire from happening again. Local media reported that Kwan was arrested by national security police for sedition on Saturday night after starting an online petition with "four key demands," which include an independent probe into the fire.
