00:45security considerations, energy security and food security. Food security is something that is

01:02it impacts on the viability of our ability to actually
01:10prosper as a nation. So violence need not be in the kinetic terms
01:20violence but violence can be expressed in terms of actions that actually impinges on the ability
01:26of a state or nation to actually exist as a nation and do what it desires to do
01:35hopefully in a more peaceful conditions.
