00:00The United States has just escalated tensions in Latin America to a level the world did not see
00:13coming. President Donald Trump has declared the entire airspace over and around Venezuela closed,
00:20not restricted, not monitored, completely shut down. This is not diplomacy. This is a direct
00:28aggressive show of force. Trump posted the warning himself, loud, clear and unmistakable to all
00:35airlines, pilots, drug dealers and human traffickers. The airspace above and surrounding
00:42Venezuela is closed in its entirety. With one message, Trump has effectively drawn a circle
00:48around an entire sovereign nation and told the world to stay out. And this move didn't come out
00:54of nowhere. Just 24 hours earlier, Trump announced that the U.S. would begin efforts to halt
00:59Venezuelan drug trafficking by land after already claiming an 85 percent stoppage by sea. In
01:07his own words, you've probably noticed that people aren't wanting to deliver by sea and
01:12will be starting to stop them by land. He added, the land is easier. That starts very soon.
01:18America isn't just tightening borders. It's building a military chokehold around Venezuela.
01:24Trump addressed U.S. military units, bombing units in Texas, special operations teams and
01:29Navy groups, all of whom have been actively participating in his anti-drug mission. And
01:35these aren't just surveillance missions. Since September, the U.S. military has launched a string
01:41of airstrikes against boats it claims were smuggling drugs through the Caribbean and the Eastern Pacific.
01:48These strikes, carried out in international waters, have already killed at least 83 people.
01:54No names released, no evidence provided, just explosive action and dead bodies on the waves.
02:00And now, the skies are the battlefield. But here's where it gets even more explosive.
02:06Earlier this month, the USS Gerald R. Ford, one of the most powerful aircraft carriers on
02:11Earth, entered the Latin American region. This is not a patrol ship. This is a floating war machine,
02:17a signal normally sent only before conflict. Venezuela has already warned that the U.S. military
02:23buildup could trigger a full-scale war. And now, the Americans have closed the skies, blocked
02:30the seas, and are preparing to lock down the land routes. This is no longer an anti-drug operation.
02:37This is a geopolitical stranglehold. Why now? Why Venezuela? And why such an extreme show
02:45of force? Some say Trump is using the drug war as cover for a military pressure campaign. Others say
02:52Venezuela's alliances, including with hostile foreign powers, have pushed Washington to the brink.
02:57Whatever the truth is, one fact cannot be denied. This is the most aggressive U.S. military posture in
03:04Latin America in decades. Airspace shut, warships deployed, bombing units on standby, and operations
03:13expanding by land any moment now. Venezuela is calling it provocation. The U.S. is calling it national
03:20security. But the world is seeing something else entirely. A region sliding closer and closer
03:27to a conflict that no one is prepared for. Stay alert. This story is just beginning. And tonight,
03:34the skies over Venezuela are a warning to the whole world.
