00:00if you are looking for how to add roman page number in footer of microsoft word document

00:06then don't skip this video so i have six pages and let me go to the view section

00:15and click on the multiple pages and here you can see that i have six pages so

00:22first go to the insert and on the right side you will see that footer

00:32here is the footer click on that and click on the edit footer

00:42so here you can see that your header and footer portions are enabled so again go to the insert

00:50and now go to the page number this time and you need to click on the bottom of the page

00:57here is the few pre-built styles so if you want to give the page number from left right then click

01:04this option if you want to mention the page number in the middle of the bottom page then click on this

01:12option and right option is the plane number three and this is the ascent bar so right now i am

01:20selecting this option and now here you can see that the page numbers are mentioned and but these are the

01:28numbers so how you can convert to the roman number then again go to the insert and click on the page

01:36number and now click this format page number and now you will be route to the page number format

01:46window pane click on this arrow and drop down and here is the roman number these are the small roman

01:53numbers and these are the capital roman numbers so for example i am selecting this one and now click ok

02:00and now you can see that the all page numbers are converting into the roman numbers so this way you can

02:11easily add roman numbers at the bottom of the word document now double click inside the documents

02:22and here is the you can see that you can see that preview so if you want to remove these roman numbers

02:29then what you have to do is click on the insert and go to the page number and now remove page number

02:38and now you can see that all roman numbers are gone so this way you can easily add or remove roman
