Sir David Beckham has said he felt "humbled" by young people he met in India during his first Unicef trip since he received his knighthood earlier this month.The football star, 50, attended the Cooperage Football Grounds in Mumbai on Thursday where he met children and young people from underserved communities who are being supported by the Oscar Foundation.The charity uses football to encourage children to stay in school and equip them with important life skills.
