'Dancing With the Stars' host Alfonso Ribeiro calls the season 33 cast "diverse" and dishes on who he thinks will be the underdog who could take it all the way. Plus, he dishes on working with co-host Julianne Hough once again.

00:00Back, season 33. How does it feel to be back?

00:03It feels great. It's exciting.

00:05I think this year's cast is going to be fantastic.

00:08They're just totally into it and having a great time,

00:11and, you know, a little bit of nerves, but they're enjoying it.

00:14I think this is going to be an epic season.

00:17For sure. How would you describe this season's cast?

00:20Diverse. A lot of diversity in this cast, right?

00:25Which is great, right? Like, that's what you want.

00:27You want someone that, you know, you're going to fall in love with,

00:30that you want to be with, that you want to hang out with,

00:32that you want to dance with.

00:33And so we've got a great, diverse cast, and I think they're going to be good.

00:38They're going to be good.

00:40Anyone that you think would be an underdog that could take it all the way?

00:44An underdog?

00:45Well, obviously, like, Eric Roberts, he's over here.

00:48He could be an underdog, right? Like, incredible actor. He's good.

00:52He's wanted to do the show from the first season on,

00:54so I feel like he's going to bring a little bit of, you know,

00:58that Roberts energy to the show. We've got a superstar here.

01:02For sure. And you were a competitor at one point as well.

01:05You went on to win the whole thing.

01:06So what advice, if any, did you give to these contestants?

01:10The advice that I've been giving them, I gave it to the competitors last season.

01:14Ultimately, be open with your heart. Let the audience get to know you.

01:18Let the audience get to see who you are, your love and passion for the show.

01:22If they get to see that and feel that, I do believe that they'll go a long way.

01:28Sure. And finally, I know you're back as co-host with Julianne Huff.

01:31The audience fell in love with you guys last season.

01:33How do you hope to build off of that chemistry this season?

01:36Well, I just think our chemistry has gotten even that much better.

01:38Like, we really care for each other. We support each other.

01:41We've got each other's back a hundred percent.

01:44So for me, it's really that. Like, I think we're even going to be better this year

01:47because we've spent a whole year hanging out and getting to know each other better.

01:50So it's going to be pretty cool.

01:55It's gonna be pretty cool.
