00:07A source revealed to Hollywood Life that while Ye's friends are really excited for him that he's found somebody who makes him happy,
00:15they are having a hard time believing that Kanye is really over Kim and has completely moved on.

00:22they can't help but think that Julia is a distraction for Kanye to try and help him get over Kim.
00:28They really can't blame him though because they understand why he may not be in a position to move on just yet.
00:34Just because Kim has moved on doesn't mean that they handle things the same way.
00:38Ultimately, all they want for Kanye is for him to be happy.
