00:00so over here you can see that I have a range of data and let's say what I want to do is I want
00:10to go ahead and sort out this table data according to the salary right here in that case you can
00:16actually go around over here onto the data tab and then you can go ahead and click on sort right here
00:22once you do that you can go ahead and sort it out let's say by salary right here what if in case
00:28they have the same salary in that case you can add a level and then sort it out by name right here so
00:34it'll be sorted out from a to z right here so now the order should be largest to smallest and then
00:40by name a to z so if I were to press ok this is what you have now as you can see right here so it
00:46says William Daniel so the salary range right here does vary so you you do have a different sort so
00:52if I were to go ahead and paste this out and make it same now and then sort it out let's say for
00:57example right here so if I were to go ahead and click on sort and then sort it out right here
01:01now you can see that even if it is the same salary it is sorted out by name second now and that is
01:08simply how you can go ahead and sort it out as you like right here you can go ahead right here
01:13sort it out right here alphabetically right here z by a and so forth just like this as well
01:19as you want as well but you get a cleaner sort as you go ahead and utilize this so you can actually
01:24go ahead and choose the ID let's say for example smallest to largest and you can sort it out by
01:30that and so forth so that is how you can go ahead and sort out the data in Microsoft Excel so hope you
