00:00hey everyone welcome back to Victor explains in today's video I'm going to
00:15show you how to fix the problem where Windows says we couldn't find any drives
00:19during installation this usually happens when your SSD or HDD partitions don't
00:25show up while installing Windows 10 or Windows 11 so here's what you need to
00:29do first unplug your bootable USB now on another computer or laptop download the
00:36VMD folder I'll leave another video in the description that shows you exactly
00:40how to download it and how to extract the setup rst.exe file for Intel 10th up to
00:4615th generation processors once you have the folder ready just copy it to your
00:50Windows bootable USB drive after that restart your PC and boot again from the
00:56USB go through the Windows setup click Next enter your product key or skip it
01:01choose your Windows version and go into the custom installation option you'll
01:06still notice that the partitions are missing and that's completely normal
01:09because we haven't loaded the driver yet so now look at the bottom left corner
01:14where it says load driver click it then choose browse and open your USB drive
01:19inside your USB select the VMD folder you copied earlier click OK and you'll see an
01:27option called Intel RST VMD controller and if you don't see it try unchecking this
01:32option here and it will show up
01:35now select it and hit next and after just a few seconds your hard drive
01:41partitions will suddenly appear and that's it now you can choose the
01:48drive where you want to install Windows and continue with the installation like
01:52normal
