00:47Kung sa DOH Hospit Soap, pag sinabi niyo 50,000 for this procedure,

00:51kung sa DOH hospital it's only 35,000, zero billing ka or no billing.

01:00Pagpunta ka sa isang private hospital and it's 50,000 within the case rate, zero billing ka.

01:05But kung ikaw mismo pupunta ka sa mas mahal na ospital and it's 70,000, bayad ka ng 20 mil.

01:12Ayon kay Sen. Minority Leader Alan Peter Cayetano,

01:15luma at hindi makatarungan ng PhilHealth case rates na 7 taon nang di na-update.

01:21Pag-amin ng DOH, 2017, pahuling na repaso ang case rates o yung sasagutin ng PhilHealth sa hospital bill.

01:29Kaya di nakasabay sa inflation.

01:31Habang di pa na pag-aaralan ulit, otomatiko munang dinadagdagan ng 30% ang lahat ng case rates.

01:38Hiwalay pa sa 50% na dagdag sa ilang piling serbisyo.

01:41Pero pagpunto ni Cayetano, kulang pa rin ang sinasagot ng PhilHealth lalo na kung komplikasyon.

01:48Halimbawa, mahigit 900,000 pesos lang ang sagot nito sa isang bypass procedure.

01:54Kahit posibleng umabot sa 1.5 million pesos ang bill kung may komplikasyon.

01:59Humingi siya ng cost analysis o survey sa 160 hospitals na ayon kay Health Secretary Herbosa ay matagal gawin.

02:06Pumalag si Cayetano at sinabing kung magagawa niya ito sa loob ng isang linggo ay dapat mag-resign serbosa.
