13:16i started feeling really rough the diabetes is i mean i know and well borderline yes i should
13:22keep myself in check enough yeah but like a scenario like this yeah yeah my blood sugar went up i think
13:28it goes up badly my diabetes when we're in like really pressurized moments and i just um i'm feeling
13:34burnt out and exhausted it's just you know every day i want to get up and get yourself up when you're
13:39not sleeping well and your blood sugar's all over the place it's just it's really hard it's a bit of a
13:44silent battle that you kind of have to go on i don't know the answer right now but i'm trying to um
13:49figure out how i can deal with this because it's all new and that's kind of the thing when you have
13:56diabetes is each new experience you've got to like figure out how it works around that and this whole
14:02thing's just been new experience after new experience so i'm trying to trying to figure it out
14:08reluctantly greece is also about to try some new experiences at the gwangjang market this is one of the
14:15oldest permanent markets in korea it caters for those who love to eat unusual foods rather than

26:19loose it was good to sort of do the choreo in more of a fun way I think with good sort of drilled it
26:25and hammered it out for last week or so it was really good fun it is absolute chaos
26:38there was one point where Oli just I guess completely lost where the front was he was just
26:47in the back corner by himself this training is really hard but it's also so fun I think today
26:58it was really needed because we've had quite a tough week you know a lot of like intense kind
27:02of deep discussions it was really nice just to have some fun and just kid about and like genuine
27:07just like genuine laughter
27:09with positioning sort of nailed there is only one day left until the performance this is their final
