00:00Sinabi ng Malacanang na may legal na basihan ng Independent Commission for Infrastructure para pagbigyan ang hiling na executive session ng ilang resource persons.

00:10Ayon kay Palace Press Officer Yusek Lair Caso bilang isang independent fact-finding body, alam nito kung ano ang mga dapat gawin at ang sapat na legal grounds.

00:21Sa harap nito, nilinaw na opisyal na hindi makikialam ang Malacanang sa mga hakbang ng ICI.

00:27Mahirap pong magpangunahan ang mga alituntunin, ang polisiya ng ICI.

00:47Sila po ang magsasagwa ng kanilang mga procedure.

00:51At malalaman naman po ng ICI yan kung ano po ang hiling ng tao.

00:57At ayon naman sa kanila, may mga legal na basis kung bakit inaalaw nila yung executive sessions.
