00:00AAA, well known for their Thanksgiving forecasts when it comes to travel,
00:04estimates about 6 million people are going to travel by air this Thanksgiving.
00:08And according to Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy,
00:12too many of us are looking like slobs at the airport. Guilty as charged.
00:16Whether it's a pair of jeans and a decent shirt, I would encourage people to maybe dress a little
00:22better, which encourages us to maybe behave a little better. Let's try not to wear slippers
00:27and pajamas as we come to the airport. Flying in jeans? Get out of here, Secretary.
00:35When the powers that be can assure me I am not going to spend three extra hours at the gate in
00:40a vinyl chair because the airline messed up their staffing or my plane needed maintenance or there
00:45were no air traffic controllers, then I'll wear a tuxedo. As for those driving this year to their
00:51Thanksgiving destination, the roads are going to be just as crowded. AAA says 73 million people will
00:56travel by car up 1.3 million from last year. All modes combined, they expect this year to be the
01:04biggest travel weekend ever.
