00:00I'm curious in terms of Southern Living, was that something that you had around the house
00:04growing up? Always. Well, because, you know, the big thing was in Birmingham, which we were all
00:09so thrilled about. And I think probably my grandparents had progressive farmer when I
00:15wrote a cookbook, which was hilarious because I'm a terrible cook, called the Whistle Stop Cafe
00:19Cookbook. Southern Living went in and tested all the recipes so I didn't kill people.
00:26So they helped me write that book. Wait, we did that? Really?
00:30I said, I've got to have my pals test it. So in your kitchens, they tested all the recipes to make
00:35sure that I didn't get anything wrong. So I've had a long, long relationship with Southern Living.
