Netflix is giving Stranger Things the kind of send-off usually reserved for blockbuster films.
Ahead of the show’s fifth and final season, thousands of fans joined a “One Last Ride” bike event in Los Angeles — a nostalgic nod to the iconic bikes from Hawkins.
The farewell rollout also includes the biggest merchandising push in Netflix history: from Demogorgon Crunch cereal and ‘80s-style Gatorade to Care Bears crossovers, Eggo products, Casio watches, Crocs, and more. Global activations include a Hawkins Christmas Market in Paris, immersive fan experiences, and dedicated Stranger Things zones in Netflix Houses worldwide.
Producers and cast teased the final season — with staggered episode releases across Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve — plus future projects like an animated series and a live-action spinoff set in the Stranger Things universe. Fans who grew up with the series say this moment feels like the end of an era.
