00:05Tinawagan po natin sa Secretary Frederick Goh at sinabi po niyang madi-dissolve ang Osapeya.

01:09Para magkatulungan. But since si Secretary Goh ay mapupunta na rin sa Department of Finance,

01:15at pareho naman po halos at magkakatulungan,

01:18so, alam naman po niya ang expertise si Secretary Goh.

01:22So, might as well ma-dissolve ito para konti na lang po ang magiging ahensya.

01:27At total, pareho naman po ang naging leader ng dalawang ahensya.

01:31But during the time it was created,

01:33ano ba yung wisdom for creating that office given na meron naman pong NEDA,

01:38meron naman pong DTI, meron naman pong DOF?

01:41Alam naman natin kung ano, saan ba eksperto si Secretary Frederick Goh tungkol sa mga trade agreements.

01:50So, since nga po ito naman ay natulungan na rin ng DTI,

01:54at yung tao mismo, yung pinakahe na Osapeya,

01:57ay mapupunta naman din po sa Department of Finance,

02:00katulad na sinabi natin, magkakatulungan.

02:02So, instead na magdalawa pang ahensya,

02:05pareho namang eksperto doon si Secretary Goh,

02:09so, might as well ma-dissolve siya.

02:11At pagtulungan na lang po ng ibang ahensya,

02:15especially DTI.

02:16Ngayon po, ang DTI po ang itinalaga to handle the technical and substantial work for that.
