00:05Yeah, we found a friend to hop on air real quick, Johnny Vance, our Lower Keys excursion expert.

00:11And what a beautiful place it is.

00:12If you could like encapsulate Stock Island in the Lower Keys in a few words, like how would you describe it?

00:17Well, you know, I think it's a lot like Brooklyn, right?

00:19You know, there was a day where you didn't necessarily go to Brooklyn, but now Brooklyn is part of New York City.

00:24It's part of the experience. It's just across the bridge. That's kind of like Stock Island.

00:28And we've got an amazing golf course here on Stock Island.

00:31We've got a couple of great resorts that are up this way. Several wonderful restaurants.

00:35Well, being the excursion expert, we're the winners.

00:39We get to send some people down to the Lower Keys to get to explore and everything, part of this giveaway.

00:43Absolutely.

00:43When they do get down here, what's the one thing you would recommend that they have to do when they're here?

00:47So, you know, I know what my top five items are that people do, you know, and it's sunset cruises.

00:53It's a snorkeling or a sandbar trip, jet ski tours, year-round activity in this town.

00:59You know what my number one item is, oddly enough, is golf cart rentals.

01:05And they're actually, they're street legal golf carts.

01:07People absolutely love to see the island on their own schedule.

01:11And you can go out to the state park, you can take it to dinner, you can go shopping.

01:15So it offers a whole lot of flexibility and people come back with the golf cart keys crying when they have to turn them in.

01:22It's just one of our number one things to do, oddly enough.
