00:20Imagine roots extending from your body into the earth,
00:23anchoring you while allowing your mind to remain open.
00:26At number 3 we have visualization.
00:28Imagine a golden light above your head,
00:31flowing down and filling your entire body with calm, energizing warmth.
00:36For number 4. Mantra repetition.
00:40Silently or aloud, repeat, I honor my intuition,
00:43embrace my freedom, and channel my energy for the highest good of myself and others.
00:48At number 5 don't forget to do your integration.
00:52Feel your mind and body synchronizing with this intention.
00:54Observe any restlessness and allow it to dissolve with each exhale.

01:02Take 3 deep breaths, smile gently, and carry this energy into your day.
