We're headed to Oz! Universal finally dropped the first trailer for its highly anticipated movie adaptation of the 'Wicked' musical starring Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande. The first look at part one of the 2-part adaptation gives us our first glimpses at Erivo's Elphaba and Grande as Glinda the good witch.

00:05We're headed to Oz. Universal finally dropped the first trailer for its highly anticipated musical Wicked,

00:11starring Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande.

00:13The first look at part one of the two-part adaptation gives us our first glimpses at Erivo's Elphaba and Grande as Glinda the Good Witch.

00:26The prequel is based off the Broadway musical, an adaptation of Gregory Maguire's 1995 novel,

00:32Retelling the Wizard of Oz, about the life of Elphaba before she became known to the world as the Wicked Witch of the West.

00:38The rest of the cast includes Michelle Yeoh, Jonathan Bailey, Ethan Slater, and Jeff Goldblum, among others,

00:44and hails from director John M. Chu.

00:50Part one of Wicked is due out November 27th.
