00:00We will repeal all of the anti-growth, anti-business measures in the Employment Rights Bill.
00:05The government's own estimates are that it'll cost businesses in our country £5 billion.
00:09That's money that's going to be passed on to consumers or lost jobs at closed businesses.
00:14We don't need this. What we need to do is actually back business so that they can grow.
00:19That's why we have policies like scrapping business rates for the high street,
00:22like our cheap power plan. Getting business growing means that they will pay more taxes
00:26and then let's look at cutting spending, especially on welfare, which has grown far, far too large.
