00:42Bidding and Awards Committee OIC, Dennis Abagon.
00:45They are among the 16 individuals covered by the Sindigan Bayan's arrest warrants related to the flood control project in Mag-Asawang Tubig River in Nauhan, Oriental Mendoro.
00:56It is the subject of the first flood control corruption-related case filed with the Anti-Graft Court.
