00:00Hi Lisa. Hi, how are you? Nice to meet you. I'm really excited to meet you today. We can get
00:07started obviously by you telling me a little bit about this partnership with Clorox you have going
00:10on. Okay, so I love Clorox. They're disinfecting wipes I use on the regular. If you notice on the
00:18show, I'm always wearing like a fresh pair of like white kicks. It's my signature go-to for sneakers
00:24and I use the disinfecting wipes to actually clean like the bottoms of my shoes. But you know,
00:29I love my glam. So like when I touch my face, you can see the color of my house. It's like all like
00:34everything in my house is like white black and white. I live in black and white except for this
00:37pop of color right here. I think this is like the brightest color we have in our house, but I love
00:42things clean. I grew up. I'm like one of six kids. So my mom was always like no messes. Like we live
00:47neat. We live clean. And so like I grew up with Clorox. So I've continued to use it as an adult as
00:53a mom. And I use it for everything. Like while I'm working, like we just finished Sundance Film
00:58Festival, like we always have in our kit, like Clorox disinfecting wipes to make sure we're not
01:03getting sick and things are clean and we're protecting other people too. So for me, it was
01:07like such an organic partnership. And the fact that they're doing this amazing sweepstakes where
01:12two lucky winners will have the opportunity to have a glam weekend in New York and be on Watch
01:18What Happens Live with Andy and see other people's messes unfold. Like it's going to be like the most
01:23iconic, amazing experience ever. But Clorox has more than just this giveaway. They have up to 80
01:29prizes that people can win. There's no purchase necessary. All you have to do is be 21 and enter
01:35to win and you'll get a lucky, you know, like maybe you get the chance to win. Like maybe you win the
01:41chance to see Andy live or you get like some other iconic gifts that will help you to have a glam
01:49experience at home. So it's really cool. And I'm so grateful that Clorox like likes me as much as I
01:56like them because we use it everywhere in our house. Clorox loves Baby Gorgeous, huh? They love
02:02they love to be Baby Gorgeous. It is a perfect reward for a Housewives fan, right? I mean, going to
02:07New York, doing what I would watch what happens live. I mean, that's pretty good gig. I mean, that's
02:12like amazing. Like I know when I go on Watch What Happens Live, it's like a surreal experience. Like
02:17even four years in and like to be able to be a part of the audience and to like be around Andy,
02:24who's like absolutely like amazing and dynamic. I think it's like the ultimate prize. We all love
02:29a glam giveaway. We know I love glam. Lisa and your family, who is the cleanest and least needs to use
02:35Clorox and who is the messiest and needs Clorox the most? John Barlow could be hermetically sealed.
02:40Like he is the cleanest person ever. Like every, even my boys, like I think just being like having me as a
02:46mom and John is a dad, our kids are super neat. Henry's like bad at leaving clothes in the bathroom.
02:53Like we always have to pick up after Henry, but like they're, they love things clean. Like my kids,
02:58like as soon as we get on a plane, they're like whipping out the disinfecting wipes and like
03:01wiping everything down. They don't want to touch anything that will give them germs. Like both of
03:07them are like into men's grooming. They have their own line and like love cleanliness. But,
03:13but John Barlow in our house is probably the neatest person. Like everything's put away in
03:18perfection. Like it's like he was in the military, folded knee, put away. Perfect.
03:23You are in a house of all boys. So. All boys.
03:27How about that same question for your fellow housewives? Who needs to use Clorox the most of
03:31those women? Oh my gosh. I, let me think through this. I actually think all my castmates are clean
03:40and neat. Like I would think Heather's probably a hoarder. Like Heather likes things, but she's
03:46clean, like super clean. But I think she likes excessive amounts of like, she probably has
03:52some of the same handbags and like every color, but I think they all probably use Clorox disinfecting
03:59wipes.
04:00Clorox is making some good business in Salt Lake, huh?
04:04Yep.
04:05You mentioned Sundance. How is, I know that wrapped up. How is that experience for you this year?
04:09You know, it was such a unique Sundance. It was so different. Like last year was the first
04:14year back since COVID. Um, and I think this year that festival went like super, um, back
04:22to its roots where it was like very carefully curated films that they accepted in. There was
04:28amazing parties. Um, there was like amazing conversations and chats. Um, it was a great Sundance
04:35so different. It was like different than anyone I've ever experienced, but it was so like different
04:40in a good way. Like very, very nice. Yeah. Yeah. Big celebrity run-ins. I didn't sleep a lot. Um,
04:48you know what Latin X house had like great talent. So did the indigenous house. Um, the talent was so
04:55different this year. I wanted to see Julia Fox. Yeah. Like we follow each other on social media and I'm
05:00like, I would have loved to see Julia Fox. Like everyone was talking about like her looks and like
05:05everything, but it was good. It was, it was different. And I feel like, um, going back to
05:11its roots was like really good for the festival. I mean, I've been going since college. I left and
05:16like came back from New York to like Salt Lake and like went right back into it. So it's always fun.
05:22It's an epic, epic experience. Queen of Sundance. Queen of Sundance. I did not name myself that that
05:29was like given to me. It's next. It's next. Um, New York fashion week coming up too. Will you be
05:36involved in what do you have planned for that? You know what? If we weren't filming, I was invited to
05:40so many shows I've been going since probably 2007. I've been going to fashion week. I love it. It's
05:48like my guilty pleasure. I love New York and Milan and I'm so disappointed. I'm not going to be able
05:54to go because the shows I was invited to, I was like super excited, but we're filming. So I really
05:58can, um, leave. Cause it like basically cuts you out of an episode if you're gone for a week.
06:04But, um, I'm disappointed, but like, I was able to go to the first ever Fendi fashion show during
06:10fashion week. And it was like the most insane thing to be like, Oh my gosh, there's Kim Kardashian and
06:16Sarah, Jessica Parker. And like all of my favorite, like iconic late nineties supermodels
06:22when it was like the most like epic thing to be a, like a real supermodel, um, to have them all in
06:29one room and to see like the, like insane fashion in the first ever show was like amazing, but
06:33I am disappointed, but we've got other things going on. I'm going to, I'm really disappointed.
06:40Do you meet a lot of housewives fans when you do fashion week events, whether it's Sundance,
06:44New York, any of these, uh, festival events? Um, oh my gosh, during Sundance, it's crazy.
06:49Like who is a fan and like who you're running into when it's like a major director or like studio
06:56head, like, it's kind of fun and crazy. And I'm wearing so many hats too, because like when I'm
07:02doing Sundance, I'm like Lisa Lux marketing, you know? So it's a little bit different. And like,
07:07I'm like doing stuff and people are like, Oh my God, Oh my God. And then I'm like, yeah,
07:10that's me. And I'm like moving a chair right now. We're like getting set up for like an amazing,
07:15like dinner with like amazing talent. So, you know, I'm always wearing a lot of different hats,
07:21but, um, fashion week was crazy. The last time I went, like it was nuts. Cause it's like fans and
07:27friends, you know? Yeah. Did you see a Meredith during Sundance? I know she had a couple of events
07:32too going on. We missed each other. Like she had, um, some stuff going on. I think she did an event
07:37with glad, which is amazing. And then, um, one of the heads of glad was at our event and he's like,
07:42Oh, I just saw Meredith. So like, I'm sure we were both hearing like, Oh, I just saw Lisa. I just saw
07:47Meredith the whole time, but, um, we didn't get to catch up. Yeah. Um, I know we only have a few
07:52more minutes. So I have to, you have to ask about, um, real housewives. I know you're starting the new
07:55season. So there's only so much you can say, um, reaction to Monica's ultimate departure from the
08:01show. I know that probably wasn't a shock for you. No, it wasn't a shock, but it was also
08:06something we didn't know. Like, I mean, Bravo doesn't call us and say, Hey, guess what?
08:11Monica is not coming back. I mean, you find out by like who shows up for things, you know? And, um,
08:17you know, I wasn't shocked by it. And, um, we all are given an opportunity and it's like what we do
08:23with that opportunity that creates longevity in a situation. And I think, um, I think the way Monica
08:31like went into this and it was like, you know, deceit and then she was caught. So she had to
08:37come clean because they were proof, receipts, timelines, you know? So, um, I'm not really
08:42surprised, but it also gives us some freedom because, you know, Jen is no longer a part of
08:48the cast. And it was like, almost like we were going backwards, like with some situations and some
08:52of the information that was brought, it was like all the way back to season one. There wasn't,
08:56it was like retread information. There was no new information, no new secrets. It's like,
09:01you know, I'll never forget the first scene when Monica's like, I know all their deepest,
09:05darkest secrets. And I'm like, what are you talking about? Like, like we've done there,
09:09been there, did that, you know? And so it's kind of nice to have the freedom from the past
09:16because we want to keep moving forward. And I felt like even when we were in Palm Springs and like
09:20Monica was saying, like, you think you're better than all of us. I literally said, I mean,
09:24obviously I didn't make air. I was like, Oh, here we go. Season one, retread information. Like
09:29we're going back there. Like, like, I think I, the audience has seen me, got to know me. So I'm like,
09:35you, we can't keep going back to these same narratives for me. Like, Oh, she's not cognizant
09:40of anybody, but herself and only cares about herself. I think like I've proven that to be false. Like,
09:47you know, so it's kind of nice to have a fresh start where we don't have to go backwards and live in
09:52the past and bring up bad information. Yeah. Even as a viewer, it seems like with the end
09:57of season four, it is kind of closing a chapter on a long book, long, long book, long book and a
10:02painful book too. Like we, we experienced a lot. I mean, like we're real people. They're real
10:07situations. We're going through real things. And like, nobody wants to keep going backwards. Like
10:13I don't think any of us want to. Yeah. Um, obviously another big moment with the three-part
10:18reunion was Heather's confession about the black eye, um, which seemed to come as a surprise to
10:22the rest of you. Um, some of the fans didn't seem to sit right with them just based on how she hid
10:27that and producers. What is your perspective on that? Um, it's complicated. And like, I dealt with
10:34things with Jen that I wasn't like, unless you were on social media and watching every day, you didn't
10:38see it. You didn't know the impact. You didn't know how hurtful it was. Jen posted a list of like,
10:43guess which one of my cast members did this. And it was all proven to be a lie. I opened an
10:47investigation with legal. They went through it all. And every single thing Jen posted was a lie.
10:52And I think it's complicated. Like Heather and I have not had, I mean, the last couple of seasons,
10:57we haven't been fighting, but we haven't been close. And like, we're both super direct with each
11:02other. And like last season, season three at the reunion, I was very vocal of saying like,
11:07Heather, what you, what you're doing is wrong. Just say what happened. You're leaving it up to
11:12subjective opinion and thought. And you put producers' lives at risk. You jeopardize like
11:17jobs for people because there was an investigation. There was a real legal investigation. She said she
11:22wanted one. She said she didn't want one. So I think like, I was very hard on Heather. Like,
11:27and you know, and people were hard on me for it. They're like, why are you being so hard on Heather?
11:30And I'm like, because there's a reaction for every situation. But you know, I've talked to Heather a lot
11:37and I understood where she was coming from. Like, it's not good to lie. Like, I don't like lies. I
11:42don't like to lie. I don't like to be lied about. But you guys have never been in a situation where
11:46you've had someone in your space that maybe you didn't choose and maybe want to choose to be away
11:52from that's like been federally indicted. And I think that that's a hard position to be in because
11:59there are things that Jen has done to me where I'm like, proverbially, she gave me a black eye. She like
12:04tried to ruin my name, put out all of this stuff about like political donations that aren't even
12:09true online. I've seen screenshots of people messaging me saying Jen sent me this about you.
12:14And I'm like, it's not true. But she put it out there and she knows how to get it out there with
12:18the right people to make it stick and become an ugly situation for people. So I think it's great
12:24that Heather told the truth. I think that I understand like the viewers being like, that's so
12:31deceitful. And that's a lie. And why did she lie? And why is it okay that she lied? It's not okay
12:35that she lied. But I think production, Andy, all of us understand why she did lie, because you've
12:43never had someone threaten you threaten to send people to your house, like leave a dead bird on
12:48your car, and like go to jail. So I don't think people make good decisions. But it also at some
12:56point wasn't our choice to keep being around it either. But we were. And you know, I was always
13:01vocal that if Jen was found guilty, I would side with the victims. But I do believe in due process.
13:06So we had to like, see what happened with Jen. And I think it's a horrible situation to be in to know
13:12like, this person isn't that great all the time, they can be great, they can be fun, they can be funny.
13:18And there's an upside to it. But the downsides huge. And, you know, I think it felt good for Heather to
13:24like, just say it. And you know, I even said to her at the reunion, I'm like, you know, I was upset
13:30with you last year. And but I understand, because I've had someone come at me, which is why I wasn't
13:36so excited about dealing with it all over again, in another shape or form. Yeah. So I think the moral
13:42of the story is when something's toxic, leave it alone, get away from it alone. Or get your Clorox
13:49disinfecting wipes and wipe it away. Buy more Clorox after this conversation. Yeah.
13:54Cases and cases. Well, Lisa, thank you so much. I'm excited to see the outcome of this, you know,
14:01Clorox sweepstakes and everything. And thank you for the time. You should enter.
14:05I know. Yeah, I will. Maybe I have an in here. I'll see you in New York.
14:09Thank you, Eric. Appreciate it. Thanks, Eric.
