00:04posted old videos of her and their sons on Instagram.

00:07In the videos, it seems that Britney was being secretly recorded by her kids.

00:11The Oops, I Did It Again singer's lawyer has now responded to this and is threatening to take legal action.

00:16Recall this trouble began when KFED said during a morning show interview on the British network ITV

00:21that their sons have decided they're not seeing Britney right now

00:24and they haven't seen her in months due to multiple things including her racy Instagram posts.

00:29Kevin said the kids made their decision on their own not to go to her wedding as well.

00:33Recall Britney and her new husband Sam Asghari got married in June

00:36and did not invite her dad Jamie Spears, her mom Lynn or her sister Jamie Lynn.

00:41A source close to Britney told Hollywood Life that much of Kevin's interview was untrue

00:45and she has seen the boys recently.

00:47Well now Ms. Spears' lawyer released a statement saying

00:49Mr. Federline has not only violated the privacy and dignity of the mother of his children

00:53he has undermined his own children whose privacy he should respect.

00:57Putting aside his ITV interview, Mr. Federline's ill-advised decision to post an old video

01:03of his 11 and 12-year-old children was cruel, bottom-of-the-barrel stuff.

01:07It was abhorrent.

01:09The statement also explains how Britney loves her children

01:11and Kevin could be creating various legal issues for himself

01:14including implicating cyber harassment and cyber bullying statutes.

01:18We will have to wait and see what happens next

01:19but hopefully for the sake of these kids, this will be over soon.
