00:00Speaking of underachieving, Cap, the Chiefs, 5-5, fighting for their playoff lives today against the Indianapolis Colts.

00:10What gives? What's wrong with the Chiefs this year?

00:13Joe, it's a great question. It's funny because if you look at the team, the visiting team will be in Arrowhead Stadium today.

00:19The Colts, that's a team we didn't see being 8-2 or being even a playoff team, right?

00:23They're usually mediocre around Chris Ballard, the general manager, for eight years.

00:27But what's happened here with the Chiefs is this.

00:30Offensively, here's everything that I've told from people I've talked to this week.

00:33Because I've been looking into this. I'm stunned. I didn't see this.

00:36Obviously, I picked them to be a playoff team. They still could be getting wild card.

00:40But the bottom line is with the Chiefs, Joe, there's been a timing issue with Patrick Mahomes and his pass target group.

00:47Yes, Travis Kelsey is actually, you know what? For a guy who looked like he was toast last season, Joe, looks pretty good.

00:5112.6 yards per catch. He's not the problem.

00:53Ray She-Royce comes back, guys, you know, off of six-game suspension.

00:58He's been productive, but under 10 yards per catch, 9.6.

01:03He's usually a run-after-the-catch guy. They're not getting those big run-after-the-catch receptions from him.

01:08Hollywood Brown, as fast as he is, where are the big catches?

01:12Andy Reid and Matt Nagy have not gotten it right yet in the passing game.

01:15And not that they've ever had a great running game.

01:17Isaiah Bacheco, they were hopeful coming off the MCL spring he'd be ready today.

01:20He is not. They haven't gotten anything out of the run game.

01:23Kareem Hunt, by the way, still can play.

01:25Excellent pass protector, pass catcher, grinder at running back, not explosive.

01:30Upper Shard Smith, they want to see get involved more as a change-up.

01:33They don't run the ball particularly well.

01:34They've had problems on their offensive line with all the changes they've had, several on their offensive line.

01:39So you asked my question. You asked me the question, Joe.

01:42What's happened with their offense? I just gave the outline.

01:44And defensively, not good at corner.

01:46They've got one solid corner on McDuffie. He's not the biggest guy in the world.

01:50So pass pressure hasn't been good enough. They don't tackle particularly well.

01:53All of this stuff I've given you, I did not know.

01:55Like, no one would have known about this coming into the season.

01:58Because it's never one thing.

02:00But this team is – I'm shocked, guys.

02:02I know they're America's team with the odds makers.

02:06I'll be honest with you.

02:07I think I'd be surprised if the Colts don't cover this three-and-a-half-point number.

02:11I know it depends which book you look at.

02:13I know the Colts are not the greatest road team in the world.

02:15And I know they're an indoor team.

02:17But the Chiefs do not impress me.

02:19They just don't.

02:20They've been to me – they're a top three disappointment.

02:24I don't know about for you guys, but they're a top three.

02:26Are they the most disappointing team?

02:27Not quite yet, but they're top three being most disappointing.
