Russia deploys new Ulan tactical all-terrain vehicles to reinforce Western Grouping troops in Ukraine

The Russian Ministry of Defense has released a video showing the arrival of new Ulan tactical all-terrain vehicles to units of the Western Grouping of Forces operating in the war in Ukraine. According to the ministry, the equipment was delivered to enhance mobility and logistical support in hard-to-access areas.
Military officials emphasized that, in the context of modern warfare, lightweight high-mobility vehicles have become essential for the rapid transport of personnel, supplies and operational teams. These platforms are used on irregular routes, forested areas, muddy fields and other environments that hinder the movement of conventional armored vehicles.
