00:00Hi, I'm Michael and this is Millionise Garden.
00:06The garden is a way that you can spend time as a family in a way that you can kind of
00:15build something that you get the food you eat and you're able to decentralise the food
00:22system and eat more healthily.
00:27It also really helps spark creativity.
00:33So the garden is kind of like our blank canvas and we've been able to propagate and build
00:40it like the way we want and the other thing I really like about it is because I work in
00:46cooking is when you grow plants in the garden you get this glut of produce and it's very
00:54easy like to cook one thing with a bit of produce but when you've got it the next day
00:58and the next day it kind of inspires you to think about like what's another way I can
01:02use this produce and that's got me into fermentation and different kinds of preserving techniques
01:08which has kind of sparked me to have a career change and work in the food industry.
01:14It looks daunting everyone says like oh this must take so much of your time but it's
01:19like 45 minutes a day of just sitting and sitting in a small area and just observing just waiting
01:27and that over the course of a year makes this so it's like have a go.
01:34Yeah put it in my phone
01:37there's a little like rock is there...
