Morgan Wallen was arrested and jailed on Sunday night in Nashville. The country artist was arrested for reckless endangerment while out in downtown Nashville. The singer allegedly threw a chair from the 6th story roof of a bar owned by fellow country music star Eric Church while celebrating its opening weekend.

00:16Wallen's attorney issued a statement which read,
00:18At 10.53 p.m. Sunday evening, Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville
00:22for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.
00:26He is cooperating fully with authorities.
00:27A local news station reported that Wallen was six stories up on the roof of Chief's Bar
00:32around 10.45 p.m. on Sunday when witnesses watched him pick up a chair,
00:37throw it over the roof, and laugh about it.
00:39The chair landed three feet from two officers with the Metro Nashville Police Department.
00:43The 30-year-old country star was charged with three counts of felony,
00:46reckless endangerment, and one count of disorderly conduct.
00:49His court date for the incident is May 3rd amid scheduled performances in Nashville
00:53on May 2nd and 3rd while on his 2024 one night at a time tour.
