00:07:49Before we begin the competition, let me introduce you to the million-dollar Tough Enough contestants once more.

00:08:11Hasn't lost his cockiness throughout the contest.

00:08:25Well, boys, last week for your Tough Enough competition, you had to make out with a WWE diva.

00:08:33Oof.

00:08:34This week, you're going to have your chance to prove just how hard you will fight for that WWE brass ring.

00:08:43Or in this case, the flag that is attached to the ring post over here across the ring.

00:08:51How you'll do this is, Tough Enough contestant will stand over here behind the line.

00:08:57And all you have to do is get across the ring and all you have to do is get across the ring and take the flag.

00:09:02Thing is, though, you're going to have to go through these two gentlemen.

00:09:08Ladies and gentlemen, may I introduce to you, the Basham brothers.

00:09:12Well, this is going to be interesting.

00:09:15I definitely think so.

00:09:16Play a little capture the flag here.

00:09:18Yeah, but you're playing capture the flag against former tag team champions in Doug and Danny Basham.

00:09:25You've got to stand behind the line if you're one of these Tough Enough athletes, and then you've got to go across the ring and pull that flag down.

00:09:31Yeah, you've got to do it within 30 seconds.

00:09:34And I'll tell you what, I mean, if this is going to be interesting, what do you get the edge there?

00:09:43Okay, Tough Enough contestants, if you'll please line up against the rope over here.

00:09:56The object of this competition is to grab the flag on the ring post in the corner behind the Basham brothers.

00:10:05Each contestant will have a 30-second time limit to grab the flag.

00:10:10Should more than one person grab the flag, then the person who took the least amount of time will win the contest.

00:10:17The Tough Enough contestant will stand behind the line in their corner until the referee signals the buzzer.

00:10:24The Basham brothers have to stand on or in front of the line of their corner until there is physical contact.

00:10:36There will be no shots to the groin, no punching, no kicking, no knees, no elbows, no eye gouging, no headbutts, no clotheslines, no foreign objects.

00:10:48Should a contestant be tied up against the ropes or wind up outside the ring, then the referee will signal for the buzzer and the time on the clock will stop.

00:10:58The contestant and the Bashams will then line up on their respective original starting positions and the buzzer will sound for the time to continue.

00:11:07Now please, Tough Enough contestants, line up outside the ring.

00:11:10And Mike, you're first up.

00:11:14So Mike Mizanin, 24-year-old from Parma, Ohio.

00:11:18And this is going to be great.

00:11:20Mizanin, a hometown favorite here from right here nearby in Parma, Ohio.

00:11:24So again, Mizanin's got to make it across the ring in 30 seconds, get by the Bastions and capture the flag, so to speak.

00:11:37Mizanin, I'm trying to split the middle, I want to get in the middle of the Bastions, get to them quick and low.
