00:00Let's talk about OG because he left last Friday's win with that hamstring strain.
00:05What's that process going to be like for him in terms of the recovery and the rehab during the
00:11two weeks that he's scheduled to miss? Hamstrings are really tough injuries. You know, you got to
00:16think of this muscle. It spans two joints, the hip and the knee. So it attaches on your sit bone on
00:23the pelvis and then goes all the way down. It's basically three muscles. And then they go across
00:29the knee as well to attach onto the shin bone, the tibia. I would say that at a two week predicted
00:36return to play, you're looking at probably a more minor injury. That's probably involving just the
00:42muscle and not as much tendon. Given everything, it's not the worst news that you're looking at
00:48a closer to two week recovery for him. Can those patients that aren't pro athletes, can they be as
00:54aggressive with their rehab as an OG and an OB? You know, I think you always want to be smart,
01:01use common sense and using pain as a guide is always a good plan. Really the same approach,
01:08initial period of rest. But I think it's a good idea to see someone if it's not better in just a few
01:13days, have it evaluated, make sure that it's nothing more serious. Not all of us have training room,
01:19you know, every single day that we can spend two to three hours at. But we certainly have
01:23professionals, you know, healthcare professionals out there, physical therapists that can work to
01:29help get us back sooner.
