00:00And I'm curious, for the actors, what would you say sort of first drew you to the project?

00:04What made you feel like you really wanted to be a part of it?

00:07Just how relatable David is to me.

00:11Growing up in a single-parent household and having to take care of things

00:15and be the man in the house or the adult and make adult-like decisions.

00:20And as an actor, you could do any number of things,

00:23but you don't always get to do something that means something.

00:27I was just thinking that. It's always an honor to be a part of anything Thoreau's working on

00:32because you know it's going to be honest, you know it's going to be brutally authentic,

00:40and you know it's actually going to be told in a way that we haven't seen before.
